I have had my truck for 5 years and 3 other vehicles in the past 13 years as well. Freedom service department may take a while but they’re transparent about the wait and are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I only use Freedom Service for my Chevy’s.
As always had great customer service, waited a bit but was a walk in for an oil change but they were able to accommodate me!
Michelle Likens contacted me from Freedom Chevy regarding my vehicle search on True Car. Recall 2015 & 2016 Chevy Tahoe condensers! My friend bought a used Tahoe and the condenser broke Freedom Chevy should have fixed it before they resold the Tahoe. If you have a 2015 or 2016 Tahoe research your air conditioner.
We bought a used 2015 LTZ Tahoe, Chevy knows they have defected condenser's and did not repair the air conditioner before reselling the Tahoe. I took the Tahoe back to the repair shop they said it was not covered under warranty. Chevy chose to be greedy over a $250 condenser. Chevy should recall the condenser on 2015 & 2016 Tahoe's, Suburban & Trucks. #GetsomeintegrityChevy

Just got our traverse 2 weeks ago and it shakes when braking I called them and told them they said they don't cover wear and tear well how is there where An tear when I just bought the damn thing less then a week ago we sure as heck didn't do it then we're told the traverse were getting has Bluetooth radio and of course it doesn't have Bluetooth so they deceived us into buyin it now my wife doesn't want it
