Service department is terrible! Had an appointment for an oil change and it took over an hour and a half. My service advisor apparently left in the meantime and didn't bother giving me an update or let me know who to check out with. Used to be able to drop off the car and get a loaner for the day. Wouldn't mind if the oil change took five hours at that point but they no longer provide loaners. Take business elsewhere!

I have bought a few vehicles from here and I will commend Holis Farley for his honesty and and detailed service during the purchasing of all the vehicles I have bought from Freedom. SERVICE This has to be the worst place in Texas to get your car/ truck / van serviced. For years I have been told to get here early if you want to get your oil changed, first come first serve. Pathetic policies. I scheduled a test drive of a Grand Sport Corvette between my trips to Jaguar and BMW, only to be told when I got there "You can get in it, but you can't drive it. No, not even a base model." Made my choice extremely easy to pick up a Jaguar F-Type R instead. I have only owned Chevy's up until now my lifetime, (From conversion van, Monte Carlo too two Camaros), but it looks like I won't be going back anytime soon. Congratulations Freedom Chevy, you just lost a $100K deal and lifetime customer.

Made an appointment for an oil change at 10am. When I arrived I was very confused as what to do. Cars weren't in lines but just scattered and I felt very uneasy about leaving my car. I then had 3 hour wait while everyone else around me was done in 45,minutes. Why even make an appointment? I went here because the location was convenient but after this experience I will gladly drive across town to Gunn Chevrolet.

Ask for Mario Cajic, everyone else that I spoke with is semi rude and unintelligent, Mario couldn't have been more professional and kind, this dealership needs more guys like this one, keep up the good work!

Don't take your car to Freedom Chevrolet for service or repair under warranty. They are, in my opinion, either incompetent, fraudulent or both and will try to "sell" you completely different services than what you brought the car in for. The fact that the dealership sold my 93 year old uncle a 5 year extended warranty on a brand new vehicle should have been a major red flag but the repair shop has exceeded their thievery business model by claiming needless repairs. I have been a 20 year customer at Vandergriff Chevrolet and purchased a new Camero last year from Vandergriff , but last week I had the worst experience at a car dealership of my life.
