This is the WORST Chevy dealership I have ever been to. I brought my 2015 Camaro here at 10:10 my appointment was not until 10:30am I advised them that I would be waiting on my car they told me that there are cars in front of me and I'd have to wait . I just don't understand why I would make an appointment if they will just take the car whenever they are ready . Service center is always over booked. Do not get your sevice done here unless you want to wait until the next day with no loaner car.

Horrible service. I dropped my car after an accident, my insurance company looked at it then they proceeded to ensure nothing mechanical was wrong before it went to the body shop. They called the body shop. The body shop said they didn't have room so they just let it sit. Only god knows how long it would would of been if I had not called my insurance to check on my car. My insurance said they had no record of it being taken anywhere. They were told that it had to be driven to another place by the dealership. But when I went ... read more

Called to make an appointment with service department. Was told we would get call back o see if certain part was under warranty. No call so we show up for our appointment and are told there is 6 cars in front of us. Notify them we are leaving town in 5 days they said no problem and they would call us back once it was checked and let us know status. Here we sit 24 hours later no car no update and nothing but voicemails when we call to question. Horrible service. Will never use them again!

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Camaro SS from Freedom Chevy. I have purchased many automobiles from various dealers and hands down they were the best. I purchased a 2015 Camaro SS through the USAA/True Car buying service & was immediately contacted by Walter Koch. He is, in my opinion, a true professional who honestly cares about people. Horrible sales guy! Finance person even worse. After sale was completed not even a thank you for business from anyone. Service dept forget it! Noone ever answers. Noone has updates on your vehicle because noone knows the left from the right. I would never buy from this dealership again this my 2nd vehicle purchase and my last, nor take my vehicle to be serviced. Your customer service is totally unacceptable.

Hollis is the best car salesman in San Antonio my family and I buy every single vehicle from him. He gives great service and goes the extra step to make you feel welcome bought three corvettes from him this year. If you are looking for a great experience I recommend going to see him.
