Their service dept went above and beyond the call of duty. First, working with my fiance in San Antonio and I currently deployed; and secondly ensuring that the job was done and the truck was fixed, even after the part wasn't available in San Antonio. A+ to Freedom Chevy!
Worst car buying experience ever! After multiple issues and never receiving a phone call back from anyone in a management position, I had to drive down to the dealership to get answer! Now I am having another issue due to the dealership not processing paperwork correctly! I expected much better customer service. I have seen how other dealership operate and needless to say Freedom is the worst!
