Sales manager didn't tell me about my car having hail damage and refused to pay for it to be fixed will never go there again
Today after my daughter traded numerous texts with drake who assured her that he could meet her price point for a monthly payment and get her into the vehicle she wanted after she told him what she owed the hail damage and the insurance check, he also said he could do the same for her sister. I went in for an alignment and recieved some real crappy service. Mechanic who drove my car couldnt drive a manual transmission to save a life, constantly riding the clutch and stalling. My car was on the lift and Jorge comes up to us and said some rude comments claiming i was talking to his employee in a disrespectful way, and for the record I never said anything to his employee, these were lies made up by Jorge. I had things stolen out of my truck here and all they can say is there's nothing can do about it. Won't look at cameras or anything. I will never do business with them again!
Drake and Miroslava are the best!!! Three of us walked in yesterday and told them what we wanted and a few hours later we walked out with exactly what we needed and wanted!
Made in an appointment for 3pm for a simple oil change.. 2 hours later and my car is still NOT being worked on.. When I asked the service guy he just said sorry but DIDN'T care!! Said that the time that was set was just a check in time! Then there's no point of making an appointment! Horrible customer service!!! Will not be returning and do not recommend anyone going
Last Tuesday, Nov 10, in mid afternoon, my Equinox had a dead battery. While waiting for AAA to give me a jumpstart, I called Freedom to let them know I needed a battery replacement. The woman who answered the phone with appointments put me on hold while she called the service manager to see if they could handle the workload. When she returned, I was told that they could not handle the workload of swapping out a battery, and that they didn't want me to wait on it and "get my hopes up".
