The best service in town
Had an Appointment at 1:30 Oil change was Done pretty Fast Joshua smith was very informative Very friendly staff was greeted as soon as I walked in
Took my vehicle in for new tires, the wait was not long. Freedom Chevrolet is the best, great service and I was very impressed with the assistance and friendly attitude of everyone there. Continue the awesome service.
The negative reviews on here are all true. Nobody wants to greet you,or even acknowledge you when you walk in,your service advisor will not bother keeping you updated and the appointment system means absolutely nothing. I thought I would give the service department a second chance after my check engine light came back on,less than two weeks after my car was "repaired". So once again I make an appointment and take my chevy car to freedom chevy. At least this time I didn't have to wait 4 hours for 'not my service "advisor " Ja... read more

Great service!
I called to make an appointment and they had my name TOTALLY WRONG, I am a repeat customer. The young lady made the corrections in the system. So I get there at my scheduled time and have to go inside to get any service. Four service representatives in there and the only one that can get anything done is the guy with one good hand (Brandon, I think...the only bright spot in the whole building). Freedom CHEVROLET service did an excellent job on my 2015 Silverado in a timely fashion and professionalism.
I have had 2 different vehicles worked on there several times. They have always been fair and fast. I highly recommend them.
