I went to trade in a car and buy a new one. Over all the initial experience was good, we weren't there too long and ended up happy with the car I bought. I bought a Mint 2018 Spark, signed all of the paperwork, and I was told would be in town by Saturday or Sunday. The next day (Friday) I get a call saying it wouldn't be ready until about Tuesday or Wednesday, which was fine. Great service department!! My vehicle needed a huge and costly repair because of high mileage . They worked with me on pricing and kept me informed about the stage which my vehicle was during the week. I highly recommended freedom Chevy in San Antonio

I would give 0 stars if i could. This dealership is the worst I’ve ever gone to. I got a brand new car with 4 miles because i didn’t want to deal with issues of a used car. I now have 21,000 miles on it. I’ve had no wrecks and have always gotten my routine oil changes. Yet, i have taken my car to get fixed about 10 times! This has been in a matter of having it a year and half! They have replaced sooo many faulty parts on my vehicle. I am very disappointed, especially giving you all my business after 25 years of been obligated to Don Hewlett Chevrolet in Georgetown Texas, but I just come to realize after talking to two dealerships and showing them my paperwork on my purchase from you guys, that I got screwed out of my $25,000 down payment on the Suburban I purchased 5 weeks prior to purchasing this pickup truck from you, and you telling me that I never did lose my down payment and now it is showing a balance of over $41,000 when the truck was only $50,00... read more

Took my Volt in For a check engine light. All the comments about not being greeted are all true. Plenty of people running around but only greeted with a someone will be with you soon. I figured a couple hours for them to see what the issue was and how to resolve it. Day 3 there was no communication with me so I stopped by to see what the issue was.
