The service was good and I was satisfied with the work that was done.
I had a water leak in my cabin. I called Frasier's and they sent Gabe to fix our problem that same morning. Gabe was very friendly and completed the job in about an hour. I am very happy with the service I received.
I called Frasiers' on Monday afternoon as was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Rachel, who answered my call, was very efficient and helpful. Gabe arrived the next morning at the scheduled time. He assessed the problem and gave me a quote. He explained the entire process of the repairs needed (replacement of a very old bathtub trap). We have been cottage club members for several years. We are usually not on site when the cottage is opened and/or closed. Everyone from Frasier's has always been professional and courteous. They really go above and beyond expectations. When we encountered a plumbing problem several years ago it helped that we were cottage club members because a technician came out the SAME day.
Fast Fix not cheap but a fix. Good work in finding the problem and fixing a couple more good job
Recently completed a major home remodeling. Furnaces and ductwork were clobbered with construction dust. Called Frasier's with the hope of getting the ducts cleaned in the next few weeks and stop the cycle of dust appearing on everything when the HVAC system ran. To my delight they had people available the day I called. Jeff and Dan showed up in 30 minutes. One nice touch was the email from Frasier's telling us who would be there along with a photo of Jeff. Jay came out to do our seasonal maintenance on our air conditioner and spent extra time trying to locate the source of intermittent vibrational sounds in the ducts. We appreciated his extra efforts to correct the problem!
