All the guys who came and done the work did a good job. Answered all questions and were timely.
Josh L. visited us today. He was very pleasant and explained what he did and what our needs for a new furnace. He explained everything with good communication skills and a likable manner. Bob and Sandy Angell
When my pump stopped working I called Frasier's and they sent out Aaron S. His arrival was timely and manner courteous. He explained the steps he would take and the reasons for them. After he inspected the problem he again explained how he would go about fixing it. After fixing the pump's problem he explained why it happened and possible steps down the line that may have to be taken. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was quite pleased with the quality of the service I received.
Jeff A. was here to do the annual furnace cleaning. Very pleasant, courteous and respectful gentleman. Thorough cleaning done!! Very pleased with the work and the information that he discussed with me about the inspection results.

Aaron S. came out to do the annual service on our water system. Since we have a really high concentration of iron in our water, we try to have the system checked yearly. Aaron cleaned everything, drained the water heater and tested the water. Everything was good. I mentioned to him that we had a small leak coming from our shower faucet, and he checked it out. Gabe K came to fix our leaking tub faucet which had made our shower head unusable. He was right on time and was very polite, knowledgeable, and personable. He answered all our questions, and gave us quick quotes on additional services we may want to do in the future. Our shower now works perfectly and we will definitely call him again.
