This young man was kind, courteous and did EXCELLENT work.....I would recommend Frasiers Plumbing to anyone in the Eagle River area...AND they came as quickly as they could....SUPER PLEASED with the service!!!
We have a ductless air conditioning system (mini split) at our cabin that was installed in 2011. We use it infrequently but on a recent blistering, humid hot day, we were so excited to turn it on. Only it wasn't working! We called Fraiser's. (They had come in 2015 to fill the coolant already) Their technician spent 40 minutes inspecting the system and came to the conclusion that it would be a minimum of $1000 to find probable additional coolant leak(s), more to fix the leak, more to replace the compressor and even a possible... read more

Charged $1500 in July 2016 to clean out and trace sewer line location. They left with the sewer line clogged and traced the sewer line to the wrong street. Also handed me additional 3000 quote to replace the sewer to the side walk which may or may not fix the problem. After consulting with the city, I had X Rooter come in and blow the line open for $280. X-Rooter thought Frasiers were wrong in locating line. Bring in another plumber this spring when problem returned. They dug up my driveway and yard on Fraiers info. No sewer... read more
I'd give zero stars if possible. This company is unreliable and incompetent. They failed to close our cottage down in winter, resulting in burst pipes and water damage. They broke a faucet handle when they opened the cottage this spring and just left it lying on the sink. With both events they tried to suggest that they were not to blame. Now that I've fired them they're trying to imply I did not pay enough for last year's services. Horrible, untrustworthy business.

Jeff F. was on time, professional, knowledgeable and considerate when he came to check on my acid reduction and nitrate abatement water treatment setup. He made some changes in it, explained and showed me the changes and patiently answered my many questions. He made sure I knew where my tools were, that he had everything he brought in, and that the site was clean and dry before he left.
