If you want excellent professional service Frasier's is the one to call. I had my heating and air conditioner serviced by Shawn L. and was very happy with how polite, professional and helpful he was. He was willing to answer questions and actually encouraged them. I always learn something from "my" Frasier technicians. The office staff is excellent as well. Give them a call and see for yourself. You won't be sorry.
Gene came to give an estimate on ductless AC units. He spent time explaining everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. We booked the installation. Received email detailing who was coming to install. Gave us a window of 8-9am. Fortunately I was there 5 minutes before the crew arrived promptly at 8am - which I appreciate very much. Never had air conditioning b/4 and since they put my new furnace and hot water heater in. I'd give them the business Gene Z came out today and went through everything from start to finish, told me about all the in's and out's Shot me a price and we have a date area to put in the unit. Then i'll know how well I like it.
Dan was really nice and he answered any questions I had. He also was very nice to our 5 cats. I like that I was given a reminder phone call the day before. I would recommend this service to others for sure.
