Gene Z was our technician today. We couldn't be more pleased. He was delayed because of an emergency situation with another customer, but Frazier's kept us posted on when to expect him. Gene was courteous and pleasant, professional, and respectful of our home. He even had shoe covers to avoid tracking sand or gravel inside. I was very pleased with the maintenance call with Brad K. from Frasier's. Brad was courteous and professional. He was thorough in his inspections and clear in his explanations and recommendations. He spotted a problem or two early enough to allow me to be proactive so a small leak did not become a middle of the night (more expensive) emergency. He was very well-mannered and pleasant. He was very helpful in arranging an additional needed service call. Many thanks for a job well done, Brad!
The service man was amazing. Extremely helpful and considerate. I will tell al of my friends about Frasiers. He serviced our furnace, helpful with any questions we had and was just a wonderful person. Thank you Frasiers for everything.

As always, we continue to receive exceptional service from Frasier's. Our recent visit was from Gene to help us figure out the best option to replace an old and failing wall heater. Gene was honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Our water heater burner wouldn't lite yesterday. I noticed around 5:15 p.m.. Called their office and arranged for a tech to come out today. Someone was supposed to be out in the afternoon, but they made it out in the morning. Weird problem......pilot lit, but the burner wouldn't ignite. Turned out to be the gas control valve, which cost over $1000. Being the current unit was 16 years old we opted for a new one.
