We called Fraiser's to do our annual furnace check up and received a call today stating they could be here this afternoon. Jay arrived promptly, introduced himself and proceeded to do his work and answer all our questions. This past spring we had Fraiser's install a new water system and very pleased with their work. When the time comes to replace our furnace and AC will not hesitate to contact Fraiser's.

Aaron Saltzmann was on time for the service appointment, he followed my requests with good worksmanship. He made clear recommendations for future work for rehabbing my old cabin. Aaron is exceptionally bright and capable. We will ask for him again. We are signing up for the winterizing program.

I have used Frasier's for over 10 years; every one of the technicians they have sent have been professional and have done god work.
Frasier's maintains our HVAC system under an annual contract and their regular system check and review work is extremely reliable and solid. Early this morning, our AC condenser went down and I called in at 6 am. Their off-hours service took the information and by 9 am we had a call from the dispatcher to schedule a visit later in the morning. We called earlier today and a tech was here early this afternoon and diagnosed our problem and the bottom line is a new AC unit will be installed sometime tomorrow. Josh was through and knowledgeable and very polite. The office staff was very helpful as well.
Pat was just excellent. On time, very professional and got the job done.
When I decided to schedule an appointment this morning, I expected to have to wait at least a week. Erik came this afternoon. He was pleasant, courteous and professional. I felt he was very honest in his report of any recommendations. All was done in a timely manner. I enjoyed doing business with Frasier's and Erik.
