Woke up to no water....blowdryer didn't do the trick this time :( Called Frasier's. Within an hour Tim came over, shoveled out by the pipes, noticed that my heat tape had come unplugged. Replugged it and zip tied it to make sure that it wouldn't happen again! What a life saver!! Thank you Tim!! GREAT JOB

Ryan did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong with my furnace without pressuring me to replace it. When I did inquire about getting a more efficient furnace he told me about the Amana furnaces Frasier's carried and the positive points of each. In the end I decided to purchase a new furnace instead of having multiple repairs and having to deal with it failing in the middle of winter. People on the phone were very understanding and efficient. Gabe Klotz, who did the installations, has always been professional, thorough and very neat. When replacing either a garbage disposal, which he did previously, or 4 toilets, as he did this time, there is plenty of opportunity for messes. The house was left as he found it with no extraneous materials or garbage. Thank you very much
