Geoff was a great guy to work with. Installation was smooth, clean and well done. He covered the place with tarps and was very careful all around. Explained the new furnace and how it worked. Even explained all the different readings and how the furnance was fine tuned. Very happy with the entire process.
Drew is truly professional. He is great at explaining what he is doing each step of the service.
I had multiple problems with my furnace. My service tech, Ken Musial, diagnosed the problems, corrected them and went way above the call of duty to see that everything was working properly. He was a true professional, all the way. Ken is A-1 in my book! He persisted where others would have done whatever and gone on. Much thanks to Ken. Frasier's is very lucky to have such a diligent employee!
Great customer service over the phone. Gabe came out to fix an issue with our shower leaking. He was quickly able to locate and fix the problem. He was also very friendly and talked about other services that Frasier's offers. They will definitely be my first and only call from this point on.
Tim came to my home to replace an outside faucet bibb. While he was here, he noticed that my well cap needed to be replaced and wiring work was needed. Tim was very thorough, professional, and polite. I would request him in the future if I ever needed more plumbing work done. Thanks, Tim
We called Frasier's the day after labor day and Tim came out within an hour. He did a fantastic job fixing a leaky pipe AND unclogged our washing machine too. He was professional and had an amazing amount of knowledge he shared with us about our water and researched options for a cleaner, better water system for our cabin. We are so happy we called Frasier's and thank you Tim for your expertise and great advise. We will call again when we need a plumber!
I was happy to see Brian S again for my pluming needs. He always provides knowledgeable, professional and friendly customer service. It is nice having a technician that has been to your home before.
I am very happy with the help I have received from Aaron Lueth. He does exceptional work and takes the time to explain things to me. He has even gone out of his way to answer my questions about issues he wasn't even scheduled to deal with that day. Aaron is now my go to guy for all things plumbing and heating!
Congratulations to Travis on his new arrival. Glad she waited until AFTER our install. Jeff and Travis did a great job, which took a long time to install. Very informative about the new system. Polite, neat and clean. Hot water never felt so good!
