Pat C came to my rescue as my garbage disposal/sink had leaked or blown a line out. . Pat found the problem and fixed it and explained to me what he was doing. He informed me what needed attention and how to maintain the drains. He is very friendly and professional. The office staff are very friendly on the phone and expressed an "I'm sorry" for your mess and it was very sincere. Our service person: Gabe. First, we had an emergency situation, our main was clogged and backing up in the house. Next, the service we used in the past couldn't come until 10 or 11am the next day, Next, i called the service right here in town, and their equipment needed for this job was broke, THEN at 2:30 p.m. my call to Frasiers resulted in a very brief wait for a call to let me know that someone was on the way, and in about 45 minutes Gabe arrived, promptly diagnosed and went to work resolving the issue, but first he prov... read more

Aaron was very professional in his demeanor, and knowledgeable in explaining how to better maintain my well. My water tank was not filling with water and Aaron was able to address what the issue was, and re-inflate the diaphragm to the desired pressure

Aaron came to our assistance when our water heater developed a leak! He demonstrates the professional qualities of the staff at Frasier's. Aaron is knowledgeable about the product options and patiently responded to our questions. He efficiently took out the old water heater, made the needed adaptions to fit the new one and had it installed and cleaned up in less time than he estimated. He also made sure that we knew how to maintain the new water heater. Thank you, Aaron.
