I had two credit card account with citzen bank. With issues of the pandemic i had ask if they would default my account for 3 mos. While i waited for the job market to open up i had been making min payments. with out any late charges. When i ask to open so i can make payments . They triple the amount owe. meaning ask 750 amount payment on a ***** card and double the amount on **** credit card. i ask to merge the two accounts so i could make min payment. They do not even deserve a star. We purchased a truck for our small business, this is the company the dealership set the loan up with. Never received the 1st payment coupon, I had to call and ask for the coupon. Had the truck less than a year and they neglected to send us 4 payment coupons. Tried calling them, put on hold, finally got ahold of someone & was transferred to at least 5 other people. All I wanted to do was gain online access to my payment coupons. Worse Company ever! Can't ever get help either. They have called me every day to tell me "I don't know why we called you, it is auto dialer". I asked to speak to a supervisor, one from another department called me to tell me, if was their department calling me. (so why did she call me???) They refuse to help you, repeat a script and refuse to transfer you to someone else that MIGHT be able to help. They do not care about their customers and don't care the stress they create for their clients.

This bank has a policy that any **** who works for them and visited one of their locations in a ************* would see that it doesnt work for the public. Specifically, they have moved to a policy one ONE teller working while another employee directs you to a line to wait on that teller, info about the atm, etc. ****???? Why dont they just have a sign listing this info, and have that person working as a teller? Afterall, they are at the branch being paid ( presumably) so why not have them doing something MORE productive tha... read more

I have an auto loan through their bank. Worst bank ever. I make all my payments on time through my bank which is ********************. The payment clears my bank and money is withdrawn from my account. Citizen's One calls 5 times a day for payment when it has already cleared my account and money taken out. You cannot sit and tell me that after 8 business days that you still have not received my payment. It's total bull$%^&."

These people a ***** the location in ******** ************ like to steal money from you, three times I have went recently to deposit my checks and take them out they are always either 20, 5, 15 dollars short of my money I constantly have to wait there for them to check cameras to see if Im lying, and always I was right and they hand me back my money. Every time I go there its a new worker and each one steals from me. CITIZENS BANK ***** TK HAVE STANDARDS INSTEAD OF ****** ANYBODY WITH HANDS!

Worst banking experience Ive ever had! I opened an account and they completely locked me out next morning. I put in a $250 deposit from my cash app to be routed to the citizens bank account and now it is missing. I have the emails AND **** APP RECEIPT, showing that the original transaction was denied but got approved 1 second later and the funds was removed from my account. I then got letters that my account got suspended (no reason why) and a week after my bank account gets closed, I was mailed a debit card. I have spoken t... read more
