Perhaps the worst experience with a mortgage company I have ever had. They are holding lots of money in an escrow account despite the fact that they have no escrow payments to make. **** response time, don't answer phone or reply to emails. ******** ******* manager emailed me but then never responded to my reply or numerous phone calls."

A fraud loan was opened with this account using my name and information, and this bank sent an overdue loan statement to my house with no information about the account. The account number that is usually at the top right corner of every bank statement was covered in x\'s except for the last 4 digits meanwhile it\'s supposedly "my account". I called customer service on March 1, 2021 no one answered. It could be a scam because I have ***** heard of this company before let alone took out a loan with them! They gave their addres... read more

I took out a loan for my ****** with them. Big mistake. These people are ********** to contact. I log into my account and try to pay off the last bit of money I owe on it... theres nowhere that will let you make an additional payment. I then try to call the number provided for me **** DIFFERENT TIMES. I dont get through, instead the line cuts off and thats the end of the call. I then do internet research to find another number. This number is not for ****** loans and you have to provide a number I dont have. I then find a nu... read more

*** been a cardholder of ************* credit card for over a year, every month *** made my payments faithfully on time or early. I allowed my wife, who suffers from epilepsy, take responsibility for making payments for therapeutic purposes. She missed making one on time and we were charged a late fee, and a past due fee. I called, and apologized and asked if these could be waived just this once. I was told they would be, but when I got my next statement this turned out to be false. My next step was to call and ask for a sup... read more

Home buyers beware! About nine months ago I purchased my first home. I secured a ** loan through ************* and completed the purchase. Two months ago i began to inquire about refinancing. The mortgage rates had dropped significantly and a ******************* made it an easy decision. While processing my new mortgage with a different bank, i was advised that ************* had never insured/guaranteed my mortgage through the **. I had never heard of this and was unaware of the issue. I contacted the ** directly and was adv... read more

Got *************** through ************. Looked like a great deal. If they honored their word that is. I set up auto-pay to make sure I wouldnt have to deal with anything other than playing my new Xbox. A month after I had received an auto pay set up confirmation I got a late fee. No, email explaining why or that they had not received payment. I logged into my account to see what was going on, and it says that my payment info is no longer valid. Excuse me? Why? I called and was told that I must have entered my info wrong. I... read more

************* is terrible! My father passed away and I was assigned to be the representative for the estate. I needed to sell his car to pay creditors and for funeral expenses. I paid off the car so that I could resell and have been waiting over 5 weeks to receive the lien release. After several phone calls to resolve, I finally asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to ********* C from the ************ call center and was told there is nothing she can do for me nor can she provide any timeframe for when this will be resolved.... read more

They refuse to pay promotional offers, if you do not take a screenshot of the original offer they will not hold up their end of the deal.
