I wouldn't even give them one star!! Worst experience in my life! After getting our ****** Security System through Citizens Loan, I called to change the due date from the 10th to the 15th. That was over a year ago and they are just now fixing it. I'd have months when I'd get an email saying that the payment couldn't process so I'd have to call them to ask why. Citizens one bank not properly paying our taxes and trying to finagle our monthly payments making it look like its coming up short but all payments have been made. Havent been able to straighten this out over multiple months and phone calls. Our monthly house payment has gone up by 300$ per month due to their errors. They need to be sued for fraudulent activity as it is clear that they are not managing peoples investments properly.

Worst banking experience in my life!I just moved from ********** to **.Prior to the transition, I called Citizens to make sure that I could transfer from **** to **** so that my 5yro and I could buy a car within the first week of being here. I opened a checking account with cash and a savings with a large **** transfer so that I could get a car. I was told by *********** my wait was 24-72 hours. I received email to call about possible fraud. I began calling at 7 am on Saturday morning, and am still on hold an hour later. This is unconscionable. Yet keep receiving a recording they appreciate my patience. If the company I work for operated like this, wed be out of business.

Citizens One ************ is the most dishonest and criminally negligent company I have dealt with in the last 45 years. They make promises that they do not keep and take money that they promise they will not take. They will not ptovide the documentation to move a title from one state to another making the vehicle effectively useless. If you can avoid this company I strongly encourage you to do so. When I called to set this up I was told it was for 90 days and I would need to cancel it otherwise it will renew. I was then told the balance of payments skipped would be applied to the end of the loan and my payment would not increase. I did this in Nov 2020.Fast forward to June, they will not remove me from the program. I've called them every month since January to stop the forbearance. This is the most dishonest bank! They did not protect me as a very loyal consumer not once but twice! My week old ex-husband stole my identity and the ***************** with a **** of a pen helped him. My husband was never on my bank account or had power of attorney. The both of them committed contract fraud for my pension from a job prior marriage. The ***************** never ever met me. Citizens Bank is by far the worst bank I have ever done business with in my life. No exaggeration ************ told yet again my accounts are being closed. Thank you for wasting my time you ignorant self centered companywhat gets me is that Citizens Bank chose to send ME a $600 promotional offer to switch that I wanted to take advantage of. They are unprofessional. Do not return calls. Was trying to do a refinance loan and they hold the current mortgage. This has gone on for 4 months. Can not get answers from them or help. We just moved on as others are closing in 4 to 6 weeks with other companies.
