Do not do any business with this bank what so ever. They have a 20 year old lien on my vehicle,which was supposed to be removed in 14 days after my loan was paid in full. The loan was paid in full 20 yrs ago & still the lien is there & can't transfer the title or get a tag. Have tried calling them many times,only to be put on hold for 3 to 4 hours with no pickup on the call. This bank is about worthless & I'm filing a lawsuit on them as i speak. The way they do their business, I told them proof the **** was paid, through my other bank account they did not believe me, that makes me feel like I am lying to them. They also said because it was not paid they would fore close the account and it would be a bad **** in the banking world. I told them a month ago to close out the account, and I would pay the money, but no they kept on charging overdraft fees, and not closing out the account. Bought an Xbox through *******, and put it on a payment plan with Citizens One, as that allowed you to buy the xbox early. Put my information in with *******, as I have 100 times. 3 months later, without any statements or reminders, my credit score was docked 100 points. I tried going on the website, couldn't pay, tried calling and they wouldn't help me with my credit score despite offering to pay in full. Avoid this bank. Received promo in mail. Opened account. From there, I received inaccurate information from everyone I encountered. I left my account at zero while I waited to see if they would follow through on their promise and they closed the account per their terms. Got a promo from them to open a savings and checking with a minimum amounting order to get the reward. I followed the instructions and tried to deposit the money necessary to get the reward and they LOST ** MONEY. I waited 3 weeks for my opening deposit to show up and it never did. When I called they told me they don't know where it went because it showed no initial action. I had to call Citizens multiple times and no one was helpful. If I could leave negative stars, I would. This is by far the ***** company to work with. They dragged on my home refinance for 7 months when I was initially told it would take 3-4 weeks. This company continuously lied about multiple things; dates/times/status. They would push blame to another party (appraisal, other companies/people) and would "forget" to respond to emails. I think I have just been taken! I signed with this bank with ******* to get an Xbox. Now I cant even get hold of them by phone or online. I dont have a password and keep trying to set one. I keep being told my information doesnt match and check what I have entered. I cant check it because it wont let you check what you have typed. What do I even do to get to my account? Theyll be charging me extra fees because I cant get in!

I recently setup an account with them using a code mailed to me for cash back incentives. I entered the code along with my personal info needed to open the account and they were supposed to email me the account number. They did not and so I contacted them at an internet address specific for this code's offer.
