Stay Away - verbal promises mean nothing. The office staff are crooks. They will do everything in their power to take money from you for no reason. They do not have your best interests in mind. There are simply better options in this area. The site itself isn't anything spectacular; broken gates, apartment units are just maintained. It is technically a place to live, but just by definition.
Bug infested, cars being broken into and stolen! Have been living here for a very long time and things were "acceptable" until about a year ago when everyone's cars started getting broken into and some even stolen. Management/property owners DO NOT CARE AT ALL. They will not take ANY responsibility or even apologize that we lost over $500 of property. Our neighbors lost $400 out of their car on the same night, another neighbor lost a few hundred too. They have known this has been a problem for so long and just say "oh well! ... read more
Make sure you read the lease agreement VERY carefully Read every word of every document before you sign anything - they will tell you one thing only to find out their contract lease says something different. Overpriced compared to other properties in the area. The gates are a joke, they are broken and non-existent over half of the time. Would not recommend.
Going downhill Our apartment was beautiful and just what we needed. Management changed and the renters that she let in were not up to par. The grounds need work and people don't pick up after their dogs.

A Place Called Home We have rented this apartment for 10 years now. We enjoy the open lay out, where the living room and dining room blend together. It is very spacious, allowing for us to have a piano, drum set, bookshelves and plenty of furniture. It is well insulated in both the winter and summer; keeping very cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Forest Ridge My family has been at forest ridge for almost 2 years now. We have enjoyed our time here so far. If there's a problem they are quick to handle it.
Really broken hearted... I truly love where I reside, have made it my "home"! I believe in taking pride in where u live, regardless of how rich or poor. Its heartbreaking that as a resident, i have went over and above to beautify my place hoping it would encourage others to do the same. What a beautiful place it would be!! Forest Ridge This is a wonderful community offering a lot of amenities. We love they are pet friendly and they really care about their members. They even over movie nights at our Theatre and even a monthly breakfast and even a free massage for the community. They maintain the property very well and keep us informed of things going on. It is nice to live in a place that cares about you and not just the rent money.
