Verified Renter Forest Ridge has been a great place to live. Its a quiet neighborhood and most of the people you run into are nice. Its got a lot that kids can enjoy and its down the road from everything you could need. I do feel its a bit over priced for the quality of some of the new apartments in the back, but i dont mind it much since maintenance is normally pretty quick on their feet when something breaks. Just do your due diligence and find out if that place fits your needs and you will love it here.

Verified Renter I have lived here for almost 5 years. No major bad experiences however, the front office can be pretty absent. I have only ever called maintenance one time for a flooding washer and they responded quickly and fixed my issue. Overall this place is very quiet and close to many stores

Verified Renter We love our townhouse! It is a convienient location! There are small things that we wish were updated such as the paint on the front door, and updated paint on the walls. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Verified Renter I was excited about moving in and everything went good for the first few months but I've noticed a MAJOR rodent issue when taking the trash to the compactor. We are honestly afraid to get out of our vehicle at night to take the few steps it takes to get the trash out of the car and throw it in the compactor. We also had some new neighbors move in that are a major nuisance. We've complained for almost 2 months but still hear screaming and banging all day and through the night to the early morning hours.
