Verified Renter It is a good place to live other that the rent being to high and increasing some much by the contract every year but the weight run is good but small the pool of a great place to relax

Verified Renter Major ant problem and silverfish problem since we have moved in. Maintenance has came out to fix it but issue still has not been resolved. The designated area where the dogs go to use the restroom has a wasp nest in the grass that hasn’t been removed and my dog has been stung when I take her out to use the bathroom. Everything else has been fine.

Verified Renter Good amenities, though the gym needs some repairs to benches and the outdoor bball court is a little small (better than nothing). Cupboards are covered with a cheap plastic wrap that is coming off somewhat if that matters to you.
