Verified Renter The apartments in the main section of Forest Ridge have been a pleasure to live in for the last four years. One critique is that past management has been slow to address major fixes. For some, my wife and I have never received a response.

Verified Renter Rent has gone up and service has gone down. It took 3 calls with messages left and a visit to the office to get to get a response to a request for service. That has never happened in the time I’ve been here until very recently.

I would like the security gates to be reinstalled as that provides a peace of mind. Communication with residents is top notch, the maintenance team is amazing and I am happy to call Forest Ridge home.

Verified Renter Pools are always closed, the front office sucks, there’s always trash in front of the compactor, my brand new car got broken into and the company wants to do nothing about it.
