Verified Renter It’s been awful. We signed a lease and they pushed back our move in date TWICE to the point that we could no longer move into the 3 bedroom we signed the lease for. We were forced to move into a 2 bedroom for 6 months because “their system messed up”. They told us corporate would not make any accommodations or compromises despite that fact that it was their faults.

Verified Renter I recently had a small water disaster in my unit and called the main office. Within minutes maintenance staff arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and stopped the water to prevent and damage. The management company quickly had a local company respond a clean up the water and place fans and dehumidifiers in my unit to prevent and damage to the unit and my personal property. I was thoroughly impressed with the response and measures taken. Thank you!

Verified Renter We moved in August of 2020. Our apartment was a wreck. Holes in the flooring, chipped tile, dangling fan, peeling cabinets, and molded appliances. The only thing fixed was the fan. It’s now 2023 and we can’t afford to go anywhere else. Our apartment is still a wreck. We haven’t had gates in over a year. We haven’t had access to packages in 5 months.
