Verified Renter It's ok. It's too expensive for what it is but maintenance is fast and the neighborhood is good. Amenities are clean. But my rent has increased significantly since I've been here.

We do appreciate the professional and upbeat emails from the new staff, previous staff's emails came across like we were being talked down to and not appreciated for being good tenants.

He determined that the leak came from a connected building but more importantly discovered that I had major issues with my water heater. He went above and beyond to ensure he correctly fixed all of the plumbing problems and provided ample information to put my mind at ease. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and work ethic.

Verified Renter Clean complex. Friendly office staff. Apartments are clean and some are newly refurbished. Quiet are very close restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Verified Renter This is very nice here. I hope to stay a long time. Since I have an end unit, the view is wonderful and the patio is shaded by a tree. The upstairs bedrooms are very roomy and have a lot of storage. The large living room is large enough for our needs.
