Verified Renter The unit could have been cleaner upon move in but otherwise we have had no issues. The community is quiet which is nice. We’ve enjoyed our time here.

Verified Renter I love the layout of the townhouses, and these are some of the best value apartments I've found in Knoxville. Maintenance is typically very responsive. Honestly biggest issue has been the dishwasher- it gets backed up pretty easily. Management changes have been a little rocky but now that things are settling out, I'm enjoying the community rewards program and new neighborhood events.

Verified Renter The neighborhood is quiet and looks nice. Great amenities on the property. Located 10 or so min from major shopping areas and food. Very prompt with needing a repair done.

Verified Renter We LOVE Forest Ridge. Rent is a little pricey, and could use a little outdoor updating as far as fresh paint and updates, other than that we couldn't complain!!

Verified Renter So many issues with this community, management has been pitiful, we paid extra to live inside a gate, they even offered a remote to use at the gates. Since we have lived here, the gates have been problematic/taken down. So why did we pay more to live in a gated community? Also, maintenance can’t keep the pools open all summer, due to “chemical imbalances” or some other excuse. If they find beer cans in the trash at the pool, they punish the entire community like we are children and close the pool down to ever... read more
