Verified Renter living at forest ridge has been such a great experience! we have access to a great gym, basketball courts and car wash center, among a lot of other amenities. it’s a quiet and calm neighborhood that i hope to live in for a good while!

Verified Renter Over the past 8 yrs. -- It is hard to believe I have lived here this long, so many things have changed. Neighbors, friends, ownerships of the complex, rent increases up to $240 in just the last year or so, and yet, this place is still by far better then where I was 8 yrs ago.

Verified Renter It’s honestly a really nice play to live, the only downside is the parking can be kinda weird but that’s about it. The pool is kept nice, we don’t have any complaints.

Verified Renter Forest Ridge is an amazing community, it's one of the best locations in Knoxville and it's priced pretty well for the space. Once they get the gates up and running it will be a gated community as well.
