Verified Renter Moved in 3 years ago. Rent was reasonable but upon renewal it increased and $162/ month which is ridiculous. I was told I would have stainless appliances, and plank flooring. Upon move in day, I had carpet and mismatched appliances and also the cabinets were covered with vinyl facings which is now peeling. The neighbors have been quiet for the most part. Verified Renter I have lived here for 4 years without any problems. Parking seems to be a problem at other complexes and I have never had a problem here. Over all it’s a great community and nice place to live.

Verified Renter Good place to live. Quiet, good ammenities with two pools and a gym that is decent enough to get some good workouts in. Only ask is that they fix up some of the benches in the gym

Verified Renter Not lenient with bills. Especially during storms and closures. Overall okay experience. Never had to call maintenance but issues like windows not staying open or stuff being cracked or broken is much of an issue when I barely use them I guess
