Verified Renter Complex is safe and clean! Feel it’s over priced and management is rude. Units need updated, overall not the worst place but not worth the money you pay for rent

Verified Renter So far experience has been great Dacota in the office has been very helpful. I had some trouble navigating the online application process and she was very patient and walked me through a great deal it. Also helped me select the right home for my family.

Verified Renter It’s a decent area to live in. Good distance from other parts of the city. Maintenance has always been a slight issue for us where we have to get them to come out multiple times before something really gets fixed. Price went up with new ownership and so far we can’t really tell why.
Verified Renter I have lived here for 5 years and they have been always good with repairs and questions i might have. It's a quite complex and kept up pretty good.

Verified Renter Overall, the place isn't bad. Neighborhood is okay. Most people are nice. The place is outdated for how much I pay, but it's not terrible. But maintenance does everything they can to not replace things that simply just don't work anymore. For the crazy amount that I pay for rent, it's just not right. Amenities get shut down all the time, which is also frustrating.
