Verified Renter Quiet community. Apartments are overpriced, especially to have mismatched appliances, cabinets have vinyl covering and people don’t pick up after their pets.

Verified Renter A lot of maintenance issues, hard to reach out to office. Doesn’t seem like anyone cares about anything regarding resistance's needs….. Pools are always overcrowded to where you can’t even enjoy that as an amenity. My first week living here I had to put in over 10 maintenance requested some of them more than once just to get the simple service. Overall overprice for what you get honestly. Very unhappy with how my apartment looks, but already tied to lease. Stay away find better.

Verified Renter Every one is nice. Neighbors are welcoming to. It’s a relief to move somewhere and know people as soon as you move in. Some places are not that way in todays world.

Verified Renter Every time I go outside and walk around the apartments property, I see improvements. The landscaping is getting better every day. The staff at the office is incredibly friendly and professional. Such an improvement from the previous ownership.

Verified Renter The landscape project takes priority to the trash that continues to sit at the top of the hill? Yeah, that’s beautiful. Inability or lack of willingness to enforce neighborhood rules that you have specifically addressed in previous emails. Also, whatever happened to the re-paving of the parking lot? Plus, the reliability of the a/c units in the homes is pitiful. So all in all, a bit frustrating.
