Verified Renter Maintenance guys are on it when it comes to fixing issues, but they need more of them (workers). Office staff are spotty with email updates about property (parking lot maintenence, for example).

Verified Renter The staff is always very attentive and actually remembers their residents. Normally you would feel like you fell in the cracks, but they seem to know me by name and that makes it feel so personable! The maintenance crew comes quickly and my yard is always very well kept! This is the best apartment experience I have had!

I had some maintenance issues initially with our apartment whereas, the team they contracted would half do the jobs and report the problems fixed. I brought this to management’s attention and all my problems got resolved pretty swiftly. Good management!
