Verified Renter Moved across the country to Knoxville, over 3000 mile drive. Arrived the date Dakota promised and my family and I were not disappointed. Amazing amenities for my daughter and love the helpful staff. Upon moving in, had an issue with plumbing in a restroom. Put in a request, within 30 minutes, a knock on the door with two maintenance workers and fixed the issue. WOW!

Verified Renter Maintenance is very quick usually a day or two after submitting a request. Very professional and kind. Good amenities when the are open just wish that the pool would open earlier.

Verified Renter So far so good! Just wish u had more access to the clubhouse. Clean neighborhoods, lots of kids walk to the bus stop together. Never noisy at all if you could describe this place you would say it’s a nice quiet area
