Verified Renter The place isn’t bad, the amenities are okay. Management can be hard to get things done with. The trash becomes overflowed a lot which definitely could be fixed or cleaned up.

Verified Renter We love living here, so much so we’ve lived here twice. The location is great, and the townhomes are spacious. Maintenance is quick to respond to any tickets, and the office staff are courteous.

Verified Renter Forest Ridge is a beautiful place to live with excellent staff members and amazing maintenance team. The homes are spacious and well lit with great views. The sunsets are incredible here. It is pleasant walking too with all the greenery.

Verified Renter Over all it's a really good place to live. The people here are usually nice and stay to them selves. The main pool was closed for practically the whole summer and the car care area had a vacuum at one time and a place to get water for washing your car which would be where you would have found me on my free time but that whole area is gone.
