Verified Renter Forest Ridge has spacious, beautiful homes. The scenery is incredible. The amenities are great! We enjoy living here! We are looking forward to swimming in the beautiful pools this summer!

Verified Renter We enjoy our little townhome style apartment and so do our dogs. There’s not a ton of noise and most people keep to themselves or at least say a neighborly hello.
Verified Renter Recently, our neighbors moved out because their rent was going up by $400 dollars (!). More recently, management has hired a tree company to perform tree-topping on all the trees in the community, which not only gets rid of shade trees, but it destroys a place for birds to nest, and it's also an eye-sore.
Verified Renter Living in Autumnwood has been for the most part pleasant. Sadly, rent is starting to be beyond the means of what people make, and people come and go just as fast.

Verified Renter Peaceful for the most part just wish neighbors would pick up poop when they allow their fur babies to poop in my backyard space. And the pool was down quite a bit in the summer and not to mention the trash bin that stays filled to the max and that’s the first thing anyone notices when pulling into the complex.

Verified Renter Safe decent area, lived here several years. Landscaping is needed to be upgraded and more trees trimmed. New parking is ok but didn’t really change the lack of space in Autumnwood.
