Verified Renter We're concerned that people who don't live here are using the trash dump as their own (including leaving large objects and furniture). Since our trash rates have increased, it hardly seems fair.

Verified Renter Had to change movers/move-in date 3x. Checked apartment the day before just to find it completely filthy. Walls stained from previous renters furniture & God knows what else. Dishwasher had rust/junk at the bottom & something spilled that sat for a while between fridge & counter. Also dead/live spiders & webs everywhere. Refused to clean or paint. Verified Renter Just need a lot of work. They need a new landscaping crew, we pay for pest control but they haven’t came through once since I been here. So there is lots of bugs because they don’t even come and cut the grass like they should.

Verified Renter Sound quality is amazing and I appreciate having multiple bathrooms. Excited for summer and the pools to be back open. They seem to always be making positive changes and communicate anything happening well via email. I usually prefer homes, but renting a townhome here is the next best thing. Highly recommend.
Verified Renter The community is clean and homely. Only issues would be lack of letting us know when amenities- especially the dumpster are down. I would recommend to a friend though.
