Verified Renter So far we have had a very good experiance. everyone is very quite. We have any issues with the apartment, maintance comes quick and gets it done then and there. We are giving 4 stars becuse the trash area is a little out of control. We do have raccoons that come and throw everything everywhere and i just think our dumpster is not big enough for the number of people that are in our building. Maybe consider a bigger dumpster so the nice young man doesnt have to come a clean up everyones trash.

Verified Renter A lot of issues with my unit upon move in. Took me weeks to find all of them and some of them I didn’t bother having fixed because maintenance is a struggle with some things. The trash and the potholes are also a bit irritating. However the front patio with the brick wall is amazing and makes up for a lot of the issues I have.

Verified Renter Very friendly neighbors and welcoming staff, very well upkeep and maintenance. Trash does fill up quickly but staff stays on top of it as much as possible.
