Verified Renter The office has gotten lax about emailing us regarding updates (other than food trucks). For example, there's a bunch of noise on the roof right now, but there wasn't an email about roofers coming to do work.

Verified Renter Very friendly neighbors and welcoming staff, very well upkeep and maintenance. Trash does fill up quickly but staff stays on top of it as much as possible.

Verified Renter Could be better. We pay for amenities and yet we have less and less. The car wash station was removed, then the tennis court, and the basketball court and we’re still paying the same if not more. Nothing gets upgraded.
