Verified Renter Overall a pretty good place to live. Feels safe, maintenance folks are pretty quick, the lawn care has gotten better, and relatively friendly neighbors. Some of the structures (wooden rails and porches) need updating and the parking isn’t the best for guests. The trash is usually an eyesore and is one of the biggest problems. With new management in place, it’s starting to be better overall though!
