Verified Renter Forest Ridge has been good so far, we have enjoyed the quiet area and the office staff are great. We love being able to have everything so close to us as well. The mail, pools, trash, dog park, play ground. The list goes on… :)

Verified Renter Still several issues with the dumpster as well as the landscaping. Seems that several areas were still skipped over and have not seen them back. The bushes are very over grown in the area and is causing a bug problem

Verified Renter Love the size of the apartments, the location and pools. Office staff is friendly, other than the community director. She is very rude and strict and not personable. The biggest issue we have had here are the residents. Lots of fights and drama.

Verified Renter Very friendly and hardworking staff. Always improving the looks as well as the updates. Maintenance is a great help. Had a major dryer problem that they fixed very quickly and professionally

Verified Renter Trash dump is always broken, I haven't been able to dispose of my trash in a month and still get charged for it over grown landscaping that attracts pests. Incompetent maintenance. I thought two stars were generous.

Verified Renter We need a dog park. This place is a lovely place to call home. It’s quiet, close to everything, and the workers don’t try to come invade your home space every month like most other apartments. They leave you alone which is extremely important to us.
