Verified Renter I have really enjoyed living here so far! Some of the neighbors get loud at night, but overall it’s a nice place to live. I do wish the flooring was a little better - it’s very cheap.

I love the fact that the food trucks have increased, and I see the workers picking up trash more and there is a lot of communication from the office on improvements. This alone is a drastic improvement from the previous ownership.

Verified Renter I’ve lived here almost two years and the first year was hard to communicate with the office or get ahold of anyone at all. This year it’s like a 180 has been done. ALL of the people in the office have been extremely kind and helpful with any needs or questions I may have. Especially Hope. The property is always kept in pristine condition and feels safe and quiet most of the time.
