Verified Renter Have had good experiences. For the most part quiet, ans enjoy the amenities when we are able to use them. Would love to see more landscaping done but overall good experience.

Verified Renter I like the apartment (after we had to change our unit on move in day because the first one was nothing like we were told, but they were quick to fix!) The neighborhood is quiet, everyone is friendly !! but everything else is not up to par. Trash is always full, sometimes have to bring to different locations. Made a maintenance request and i got an email and said it was completed, no one showed up. The yard doesn’t gets mowed often enough and when they do, they dont blow or weedeat, with a dog it is frustratin... read more

Verified Renter Just moved in. Staff are very friendly and informative, also very busy. Apartment looks good with a few punch list items needed to complete. Haven't yet checked out the amenities.

Verified Renter Managers and office staff are always responsive and helpful. My townhome has great insulation and a never hear my neighbors through the walls, and with an infant that is extra important! Even with her crying my neighbors say they don't hear a thing. It gives me peace of mind to be comfortable in my home and not have to walk on eggshells. I love the community here and feel safe.

Verified Renter Clean and quiet. Maintenance is prompt and quick when they come. Garbage gets out of hand occasionally due to residents, but it is never too long before it is cleaned up.

Verified Renter I’m happy with the community that Forest ridge is cultivating for their residents. I’ve noticed blackberry bushes around the property which my son loves to pick! The food trucks are an excellent touch and I’m hoping that the volleyball court will be re-sanded so we can enjoy that as well this summer. Again- the only thing is the dumpster situation. It’s overflowing and smells bad often-however- as far as I’m aware, the office is working hard to secure a reliable schedule for trash pickup. Great place to live!... read more
