Verified Renter Speedy maintenance and very friendly/welcoming in the office. The amenities are top notch. Clean and well equipped gym as well as good maintenance on the grass mowing and pool cleanliness.

Verified Renter The rent has increased substantially over the last 3 years and there’s no longer security gates, clubhouse with pool tables….the trash compactor breaks quite frequently…which is due to residents throwing furniture in the compactor. There’s not enough dumpsters for all the residents also. The rent is so high people have to have roommates and most people leave trash all over. It’s not as nice as it was 5 years ago, unfortunately. Verified Renter Forest Ridge is great amenities are great in the family experience is amazing. Would not want to be anywhere else. My kids love the playground and the pool and the school districts here are amazing!
