Verified Renter So far everyone has been super welcoming and kind! We love our check in process with Brad! He was great and very helpful! Love how close the pool is to our apartment and the nice club house!

Verified Renter Nice spacious townhouses! Maintenance responds quickly. The pools and gym are great. The new cyber Cafe is also a nice addition in the club house!

Verified Renter There’s good and bad every but there is more good then bad here at Forest ridge. It is a comfortable safe community , quiet never had problems with my neighbors.

Verified Renter Could be better. We pay for amenities and yet we have less and less. The car wash station was removed, then the tennis court, and the basketball court and we’re still paying the same if not more. Nothing gets upgraded.

Verified Renter Pretty good overall. I will say I wish I could use the indoor basketball court but everytime I go to try it won’t let me in. I also wish they wouldn’t have tore down the tennis court.

Verified Renter Landscaping company isn’t as good but we’ve already been informed they’re looking for someone else. Street lights are still out and have been for a long time.
