Verified Renter The trash is a huge problem. The dog poop everywhere is also a huge problem. People refuse to clean up after their animals and it is disgusting. It smells bad in the summer and kids step in it. The dog park is destroyed, the pool water is dirty and poorly maintained in the pool season. My son gets ear infections after swimming in the dirty water. Grown adults get drunk and use the pool as a bathroom and it makes the water disgusting. Verified Renter Lots of street lamps out. Wish we could have gates again. A guardrail or something at the clubhouse exit would also be nice where that huge pit is. Scary driving beside it.

Verified Renter Forest Ridge is located in Hardin Valley and allows easy access to West Knoxville. The community is well established and has townhome type apartments. The complex recently underwent an ownership change and is in the process of updating some infrastructure and amenities.

Verified Renter Outside of the annual raising my rent as much as legally possible, its not a bad place to live. It is a large community so sometimes the playground gets messy and people can leave trash, but it feels safe enough to let your kids play outside.
