Verified Renter Nice , quiet community. Close to shopping and food places. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating. I looked everywhere in Knoxville , this community has everything you need at a reasonable price.

Verified Renter I am not a fan of apartment living, but this is an excellent complex. Good people, nice townhomes, and many amenities. The price range is decent and the fact that they allow multiple pets is definitely a plus.
Verified Renter Everyone has been super friendly. Bradley went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth move in. Maintenance requests have been addressed quickly and efficiently. I come from property management, and living at Forest Ridge has been a wonderful experience so far.

Verified Renter Overpriced, amenities have been reduced and are overstated. Gym needs a complete makeover, a heated pool would be a smart move. Units vary some better than others but lots of people have water leakage, mold, and pest control never comes out when they are supposed to. Very disappointed with how things have been run. Previous assistant director was great and was the only one getting things fixed.
