Verified Renter Maintenance is unreachable and slow to respond especially if it’s at night and your hvac goes out they tell you that it’s not an emergency and that they will be there tomorrow between 9-12. Open a window and turn on your fans, it’s under 80 degrees tonight it’ll cool down.
