This is our home and we are happy. We have never had any issue with criminal activity, no issues with loud neighbors and or parties. Verified Renter Maintenance always comes within a hour of putting in a request during business hours. Hoping to have a new car cleaning station soon! The office has been very helpful with switching over roommates and leases.

I have great neighbors, there are plenty of amenities available to me, the maintenance staff is very quick and professional and especially love how my place is laid out. Verified Renter So far everything has been great living here. We wish there was more dog clean up stations as well as an update to the dog park, it definitely needs some work, but other then that our experience is going good here! Office staff is great and maintenance!

They have token good care of me and my small family and ensured it's a safe home. I absolutely recommend Forrest ridge's leasing team.
