Verified Renter There’s a decent amount of dog owners here but the dog park is basically nonexistent. There could be better lighting for night time. A lot of people fly through the parking lots and don’t see people walking around. Apartments themselves are okay but if you need maintenance done, it can sometimes take a while for issues to get fixed.

Verified Renter The apartments aren’t worth the price in autumn wood townhomes. We requested for wasp and bees to be taken care of and it never happened. It was a safety concern for my dogs and children.

The maintenance team has always been wonderful and prompt in helping us in any situation. The office staff has always been pleasant to talk to and work with. We have been very happy with our experience here and do not plan to move any time soon. Forest Ridge is awesome.
