Verified Renter The townhomes are very spacious and the leasing office staff is very nice! The inly thing I would change is the club house hours. I usually don’t get off until 5pm, and it closes at 4. I would like to utilize the pool table every now and again

Verified Renter When I moved in the apartment was dirty. Old hair to the walls and paint put over it. Maintenance wasn’t done on the apartment either. Management is kind.

Verified Renter The apartment complex itself is in a decent area and easily in reach of most main area in Knoxville within 15-25 minutes. There’s a lot that could be worked on, but they keep trying to make things look nicer instead of fixing actual issues.
