Verified Renter Love the community so far! I’ve just moved in this past week. It’s nice and peaceful and it has made me feel so much at home already! When I moved in the apartment was quite dirty still and needed a deep clean, that was my only complaint so far.

Verified Renter I renewed my lease for a second year because the first year was that great! The apartment / townhouse is nicely laid out and very inexpensive to heat / cool. The walls are thick enough that I rarely if ever know that my neighbors to either side are ever home. The gym is adequately maintained as are the pools and grounds. The location is desirable with no worries about my car or property walking away. Highly recommend!

Verified Renter Nice community but rent is crazy for a one bedroom with cabinet press on facings, miss matched appliances. It’s an older community. Would I move here again, probably not unless the rent goes down because I can get neat apartments with newer amenities than these. Overall, quiet community. Only other complaint is people not picking up after their dogs and just opening their door and letting their dogs go out to potty and trusting they will come back to them.

Verified Renter Decaying overpriced townhouses with no upgrades and mid 2000’s out-fittings. Management sends an email every day complaining of something or tell you of the new “upgrades” to the neighborhood that never happen. Don’t give yourself the headache of living here.
