Verified Renter Moved in 3 years ago. Rent was reasonable but upon renewal it increased and $162/ month which is ridiculous. I was told I would have stainless appliances, and plank flooring. Upon move in day, I had carpet and mismatched appliances and also the cabinets were covered with vinyl facings which is now peeling. The neighbors have been quiet for the most part. The other complaint is that people with big dogs refuse to pick up their dog’s waste and the office sends out emails about but nothing stops these people fro... read more
