Verified Renter I really love the little area we live in. It is quiet, peaceful, and not overly crowded. Good, safe area to walk when the weather permits. Look forward to using the pool this summer.

Verified Renter The new sign looks good, but we’re still waiting on the complex to get taken care of. Street lights broken for years, grounds keepers driving right by trash for years. That’s not an exaggeration, 3 different owners and the same trash behind the garages since I’ve lived here. The real problem is that the people who work to pay the sky high rent here are not allowed to use the amenities because they as well as the community events all end while we are at work. Verified Renter Living here has been good . Whenever I take my dog for a walk though I do notice a lot of trash in the wooded area and I feel like maintenance can spend one day just cleaning it up and making it look nicer

The communication from management is very good, and I am relieved to finally live in a community where their have standards for the community and actually enforce those standards.
