Verified Renter Safe area with some pretty views. Most of the neighbors seem pretty friendly. It’s easy to get to most places around Knox because we’re close to the interstate. We wish the dog park area was bigger and more convenient.

Verified Renter I enjoy living here. I feel safe and it’s a good neighborhood. I do feel with the continuous rent increases, it would be nice to have some upgrades from the damages that were here before we moved in. Our kitchen tiles are all chipped up, our cabinets are pulling out of the wall and the shelves are extremely bowed (we called maintenance the day we moved in and were told that’s normal), etc. We will see how the new management plans to take care of these fixes that would make a huge difference in continuing to s... read more

Verified Renter I have lived here over 3 years now and previous management let the entire complex really run down. The parking lot is a wreck, the gates stopped working 3 years ago, maintenance was a joke, and security an even bigger one. Since new management has taken over it has gotten a bit better. But they are still a LONG way away from having this place fixed.

Do NOT move here *edited review* This *new* company doesn't believe in winter planning in a very hilly area. Had snowfall forecasted. Company didn't have any plow or salting ahead of time. Been stuck in the house for 4 days because "they cant find anyone in Tennessee to plow or salt roads". Because the landscaping crews that only work summer clearly take the entire winter off every year. They definitely don't plow and salt. They have maintenance crews salt the entrances, but no one can get to the entrances because the rest o... read more
