Verified Renter Over the past 8 yrs. -- It is hard to believe I have lived here this long, so many things have changed. Neighbors, friends, ownerships of the complex, rent increases up to $240 in just the last year or so, and yet, this place is still by far better then where I was 8 yrs ago.

Verified Renter I have lived here for 5 years and i feel at home everyone is polite and have good neighbors. they have always been good whenever I needed to have anything done at the apartment and all the maintenance people are always very polite and courteous. I have been very happy living here.

Verified Renter It’s honestly a really nice play to live, the only downside is the parking can be kinda weird but that’s about it. The pool is kept nice, we don’t have any complaints.

Verified Renter Forest Ridge is an amazing community, it's one of the best locations in Knoxville and it's priced pretty well for the space. Once they get the gates up and running it will be a gated community as well.
